      • Blanco Vista is “Perfectly placed” in north San Marcos, TX at I35 and Yarrington Road, near the Kyle border.

      • Blanco Vista is approximately 575 acres and will encompass approximately 1,800 homes when the community is fully built.

  • HOA

      • Blanco Vista homeowners pay a quarterly HOA assessment of $120 to Goodwin Management.
